The crookie – a croissant filled with cookie dough – was created in Paris by a passionated baker.
The delicious crookies became popular worldwide quickly.

Our company, based in Helsinki, is specialised in baking fantastic croissants. In spring 2024 we started developing our own range of crookies. After developing, baking and tasting, we ended up with a fantastic product range – the Delicrookie was born.
